Prerequisites for using Inpla Bot in Microsoft Teams
To use the Inpla bot in Microsoft Teams, users must have their Microsoft Teams email address registered with their Inpla user account. This account must be associated with a company (tenant) that has an active subscription to Inpla services.
Users can only query and access data that has been specifically enabled for their user account within their Inpla tenant. Access to company data is controlled by the tenant administrator and follows your organization's data governance policies.
Users can share information from the Inpla bot in Microsoft Teams group conversations and channels. However, only users who are registered in a tenant with an active subscription will receive responses from Inpla services. Non-registered users will see limited or no responses from the bot.
All interactions with the Inpla bot in Microsoft Teams are subject to your organization's data security policies and Inpla's privacy protections. Data queries and responses are processed securely and in compliance with enterprise security standards.
The Inpla bot is available in the Microsoft Teams App Storeunder the name "Inpla". You can find and install it directly from the Teams application store.
Before installing the Inpla bot, verify with your IT administratorwhether additional permissions are required to install third-party applications in your Microsoft Teams environment. Some organizations require administrative approval for bot installations.
